Three Billboards και Big Little Lies οι μεγάλοι νικητές στις Χρυσές Σφαίρες που ντύθηκαν στα… μαύρα

Την Κυριακή πραγματοποιήθηκε η τελετή απονομής για τις Χρυσές Σφαίρες, σε μία βραδιά που είχε έντονο το χρώμα της αντίδρασης για τα σκάνδαλα του Hollywood και το μήνυμα Time’s Up να κυριαρχεί. Όλες οι γυναίκες ήταν ντυμένες στα μαύρα ως ένδειξη αλληλεγγύης στα θύματα των σεξουαλικών παρενοχλήσεων, ενώ το θέμα κυριάρχησε και στους λόγους όσων ανέβηκαν στη σκηνή.

Στο θέμα των βραβείων τώρα, την παράσταση έκλεψε το Big Little Lies με τέσσερα ( καλύτερη μίνι σειρά και τρία βραβεία ρόλων), ενώ ακολούθησε με τρία το Three Billboards (καλύτερη δραματική ταινία, πρώτος γυναικείος ρόλος για τη Φράνσις ΜακΝτόρμαντκαι δεύτερος ανδρικός για τον Σαμ Ρόκγουελ) .

Το βραβείο πρώτου ανδρικού ρόλου πήγε στον Γκάρι Όλντμαν για το Darkest Hour, ενώ στην κατηγορία Κωμωδία ή Μιούζικαλ βραβεύθηκε ο Τζέιμς Φράνκο για το Disaster Artist. To βραβείο σκηνοθεσίας για δραματική ταινία πήρε ο Γκιγιέρμο Ντελ Τόρο για το The Shape of Water, ενώ στις δραματικές σειρές το βραβείο πήγε στο Handmaid’s Tale.
