Τι παίρνει στην κατοχή του το Netflix με την εξαγορά της Warner Bros

H ανακοίνωση της συμφωνίας του Netflix για την εξαγορά της Warner Bros έναντι πάνω από 80 δισεκατομμυρίων δολαρίων, έχει προκαλέσει «σεισμό» στο Hollywood και στην παγκόσμια βιομηχανία entertainment.

Θα χρειαστεί να περάσει πολύς καιρός και μεγάλα εμπόδια (με μεγαλύτερο αυτό του Ντόναλντ Τραμπ) για να επικυρωθεί η συμφωνία από τις ρυθμιστικές αρχές, όμως αν αυτό τελικά γίνει, τότε το Netflix γίνεται αυτόματα κυρίαρχος. Κάτι που είναι ήδη στον τομέα του streaming, αλλά πλέον με την προσθήκη του πολύτιμου καταλόγου της Warner θα ξεφύγει πολύ από τον ανταγωνισμό.

Το κινηματογραφικό στούντιο είναι αυτό με τη μεγαλύτερη ιστορία και φυσικά περιλαμβάνει τίτλους όπως ο Άρχοντας των Δαχτυλιδιών, Harry Potter, Matrix, Dune και φυσικά τις 18 ταινίες που έχουν κερδίσει το όσκαρ όπως τα Departed, Argo, Ben-Hur, Unforgiven.

To ΗΒΟ και το HBO Max είναι επίσης μέρος της συμφωνίας, κάτι που σημαίνει ότι το Game of Thrones, Last of Us, Sopranos και όλες οι σειρές της χρυσής της εποχής της τηλεόρασης θα έχουν ιδιοκτήτη το Netflix. Τα Φιλαράκια; Netflix και αυτά.

Και φυσικά το κινηματογραφικό σύμπαν της DC με το παρελθόν και το μέλλον του.
