Αδιανόητο ρεκόρ για το Game of Thrones: 32 υποψηφιότητες για Emmy στη χειρότερη σεζόν του

Δεν έχει προηγούμενο αυτό που συνέβη στην ανακοίνωση των υποψηφιοτήτων για τα βραβεία Emmy που έγινε το απόγευμα της Τετάρτης.

To Game of Thrones που κρατάει το ρεκόρ με τα περισσότερα βραβεία (47 στο σύνολο) έσπασε και το ρεκόρ υποψηφιοτήτων με 32 συνολικά, για τη χειρότερη σεζόν του που δίχασε κοινό και κριτικούς και είχε τη χειρότερη βαθμολογία στην ιστορία της σειράς.

Είναι υποψήφιο ανάμεσα σε άλλα για καλύτερη δραματική σειρά, τρία επεισόδια είναι υποψήφια για βραβείο σκηνοθεσίας, ενώ οι δημιουργοί του, Benioff και Weiss που συγκέντρωσαν τα… βέλη της κριτικής θα διεκδικήσουν βραβείο σκηνοθεσίας και σεναρίου για το φινάλε της σειράς. Απίστευτα πράγματα.

Δέκα υποψηφιότητες έχουν και οι ηθοποιοί της σειράς, αυτοί με το δίκιο τους αφού έκαναν ότι μπορούσαν για να σώσουν το ναυάγιο. Κιτ Χάριγκτον και Εμίλια Κλαρκ είναι υποψήφιοι για βραβεία πρώτου ανδρικού και γυναικείου ρόλου, το βραβείο δεύτερου γυναικείου ρόλου διεκδικούν οι Gwendoline Christie, Lena Headey, Sophie Turner και Maisie Williams, αυτό του δεύτερου ανδρικού ρόλου οι Alfie Allen, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau και Peter Dinklage ενώ η Carice van Houten είναι υποψήφια για καλύτερη guest γυναίκα ηθοποιό.

To βραβείο δραματικής σειράς διεκδικούν επίσης τα Better Call Saul, The Bodyguard, Killing Eve, Ozark, Pose, Succession και This Is Us ενώ αυτό της καλύτερης κωμωδίας τα Barry, Fleabag, The Good Place, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Russian Doll, Schitt’s Creek και Veep.

Το HBO βγήκε νικητής στη μάχη των υποψηφιοτήτων με το Netflix για φέτος (με 137 έναντι 117) ενώ στα καλά νέα έχουμε τις 19 υποψηφιότητες για το Chernobyl.

Η τελετή απονομής θα πραγματοποιηθεί στις 22 Σεπτεμβρίου.
